Alternatively, you can order them through our website right here. For last-minute golfers, if you’re looking to play right away, we offer digital cards in our online shop. These are sent to your email immediately after payment

The payment options available for orders in our online shop are SEPA direct debit, instant bank transfer, and credit card

Yes, the cards are personal and non-transferable. They are personalized upon the first use, based on the DGV (German Golf Association) identification card

Yes! If you wish to give the cards as a gift, you can still enter your own details in the online shop, or purchase the cards in person at the participating golf courses. The cards are only personalized upon the first use at the respective golf club, based on the Golf Association card of your country or identification card.

Orders placed through our online shop Monday to Friday by 2:00 PM are usually shipped on the same day. Please refer to the binding shipping times provided on our online shop.

If you need it urgently, we also offer Print@Home or digital shipping in our online shop. The delivery is made directly to your email after payment.
The card does NOT need to be printed, but can be shown digitally on your smartphone.

No, playing twice on any of the golf courses is not allowed.

If you have become ill and can provide proof, your card can be extended for the duration of the illness upon presentation of a medical certificate.
If there are other reasons or failures, unfortunately, we cannot extend the card.

No, there are no discounted cards for children and teenagers.

In case of loss of the card, we will send you a digital copy of your card via email. The card number will remain unchanged.

The requirement for receiving a digital copy is proof of purchase, such as a receipt or the invoice from the online shop.

Please understand that without credible proof of purchase, we cannot send copies or replacement cards.
